National Company Law Tribunal approves ZEE-Sony merger

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the merger of ZEE Entertainment Enterprises with Culver Max Entertainment (Sony Pictures Networks India).
According to Exchange4Media, the NCLT dismissed all objections. It further stated that the merger should not be held ransom by the pending in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
