MTV Beats’ roadblock campaign on UK radio stations

MTV Beats has tied up with Asian Radio Stations across the UK to create an excitement amongst the audience with Beat Of The Hour.

MTV Beats has integrated its marketing campaign with the programming of radio stations wherein the songs will be curated by MTV Beats and played once every hour across radio stations. The property is named after the channel’s proposition of upbeat Bollywood music throughout the day. MTV Beats was launched in India a few months ago and is being musically accepted by people of all age groups.

“We at Indiacast have always believed and executed clutter breaking marketing campaigns and with MTV Beats, it was more natural as the DNA of the channel is Music and doing an exciting campaign with Radio Stations was a must,” said Govind Shahi, Business Head, Indiacast.

Tony Lit, MD Sunrise Radio said, “I’m thrilled to be working with MTV Beats and I can’t think of a more relevant sponsor for the Hit of the Hour on Sunrise Radio London, London’s number 1 Asian radio station for 28 consecutive years. Two great brands delivering the best of Bollywood music.“

Raj Baddhan, Operations Manager, Sabras Radio said, “It’s great to be working on an innovative campaign with MTV Beats on Sabras Radio. Our music policy to play more hits throughout the day matches the ethos of MTV Beats. We on Sabras Radio are boosting the MTV Beats channel by airing a sponsored track every hour over 12 hours per day!”

The campaign is currently live all through the day on Sunrise Radio, Lyca Radio, Sabras Radio and Asian Sound Radio.

MTV Beats promises Bollywood music that will keep viewers excited throughout the day and is available on Sky channel hannel 865.
