‘Krrish 4’ plans on hold over budget disagreements
The long‑anticipated ‘Krrish 4’ has once again been pushed to the back burner, with the project stalled due to a reported budget disagreement between Hrithik Roshan and producer Aditya Chopra.
According to the latest reports, Hrithik is keen for ‘Krrish 4’ to be mounted on a grand scale, proposing a budget close to Rs. 500 crore. He is said to believe that the franchise’s return requires world‑class visuals, extensive VFX work and large‑scale action sequences to meet global audience expectations.
Aditya Chopra, however, is reportedly urging a more controlled approach, preferring to cap the budget at around Rs. 350 crore. The difference in vision has led to the film being temporarily halted while both sides reassess the project’s feasibility.
