It’s a girl for Aditya Chopra & Rani Mukerji

Only yesterday BizAsia had reported that pregnant Rani Mukerji would be moved to another hospital for further observation. However, today comes the news that she has given birth to a baby girl around month earlier than she was scheduled to arrive.

The girl has already been named Adira, a combination of Aditya and Rani’s names. Mukerji’s brother-in-law, Uday Chopra, tweeted “IT’S A GIRL” and Rishi Kapoor also mentioned the news on the micro-blogging site of the baby’s name.

Aditya Chopra was due to begin the first schedule of ‘Befikre’ in the new year but it remains to be seen how plans change due to this bundle of joy.
