India ratings: Star Plus leaves rivals behind

Star Plus stomped ahead in the latest India TV ratings by increasing the lead over closest rival, Colors.

According to data for Week 40 of 2012, Star Plus reigned with 274 GRPs this week (last week 268). The channel was ahead of Colors by 41 points. It managed to deliver 233 GRPs (last week 233).

ZEE TV was right behind Colors with 231 GRPs (last week 217).

Sony Entertainment Television Asia continued in fourth position with 205 GRPs (last week 202).

Sony SAB TV returned to fifth with 128 GRPs this week (last week 122).

Star Life Ok slipped back to sixth with 121 GRPs (last week 124).

Sahara One remained more or less unchanged with 33 GRPs this week (last week 34).
