FWICE claims that Ranveer Singh ignored three invitations for talks amid ‘Don 3’ row
Ranveer Singh has come under further scrutiny from the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) after the body claimed the actor failed to respond to three separate invitations for a meeting regarding the dispute over ‘Don 3’.
FWICE Chief Advisor Ashoke Pandit said the organisation had made “repeated efforts” to bring both sides together before taking formal action. “We sent him invitations thrice. There was no response, and then finally he sent mail when he came to know that we are having a press conference, saying that this doesn’t come under our jurisdiction,” Pandit stated.

FWICE maintains that its attempts were made in good faith and that the lack of engagement from the actor’s side left the body with no option but to escalate the matter publicly. Singh’s email response, which arrived shortly before FWICE’s scheduled press briefing, reportedly argued that the issue did not fall within the federation’s remit.
