Farhan Akhtar opens up about ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ delays
Farhan Akhtar has spoken candidly about the setbacks surrounding his much‑anticipated female‑led film ‘Jee Le Zaraa’. The project, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, was first announced in 2021 but has since faced repeated delays.
While promoting his latest release ‘120 Bahadur’, Farhan acknowledged the challenges of bringing the film to fruition, describing it as a particularly testing period.
He remarked, “It was a very stressful time. I kept waiting for the film to finally go on the floor, but it just didn’t happen. I had turned down other opportunities because I wanted to focus on directing, and when nothing moved forward, it really shook me. I started feeling like I was wasting time and it affected my confidence.”
