Hansal Mehta signs up Saif Ali Khan for next directorial
Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has confirmed that his next directorial venture will star Saif Ali Khan.
The announcement follows Mehta’s collaboration with Khan’s wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, on ‘The Buckingham Murders’. The upcoming project will also be an adaptation of a book, though further details remain under wraps.
Mehta also expressed his eagerness to work with Kareena again, praising her professionalism. He said, “Every time I look at a script, I ask, ‘Can we do something with Kareena?’ She is one of the most prepared individuals on set, a thorough professional, and always a joy to work with. It felt like I was working with Pratik [Gandhi] or Rajkummar [Rao].”
