Ashish Sehgal appointed CEO at Times Network
Veteran media leader Ashish Sehgal has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Times Network, marking a significant return to the Times Group for the industry stalwart.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Sehgal wrote, “I look forward to driving transformation, building scale and contributing meaningfully to the growth of the Group and to the growth of the Indian media industry as a whole.”

Sehgal joins the organisation after a distinguished career spanning more than three decades. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Zee Entertainment, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s revenue strategy. His earlier experience includes senior positions at Star India and Buena Vista Television, the entity that managed ESPN and Hallmark in India, as well as an earlier tenure within the Times Group.
