Hotstar announces streaming premiere of ‘The Great Shamsuddin Family’
'The Great Shamsuddin Family'
Hotstar is set to unveil its latest original, ‘The Great Shamsuddin Family’, a spirited family comedy drama directed by ‘Peepli Live’ filmmaker Anusha Rizvi.
The story follows Bani Ahmed (played by Kritika Kamra), a writer racing against a crucial twelve‑hour deadline. Her plans, however, are thrown into disarray when her boisterous family descends upon her home, plunging her day into complete chaos.
The production boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Farida Jalal, Purab Kohli, Sheeba Chaddha, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Juhi Babbar, Dolly Ahluwalia, Nishank Verma, and Natasha Rastogi, each bringing their own flair to the lively household.
