Alia Bhatt sums up her ‘Shaandaar’ experience

After over a year since she was last seen on the big screen, Alia Bhatt’s forthcoming release, ‘Shaandaar’, is all set for release.�� Busy promoting the film these days, Bhatt states that shooting for the film has been a memorable experience.

Speaking to Mid Day, the atcress said, “When I put on costumes, it didn�۪t feel like I was someone else. For example, I wore boots with traditionalwear, just like I would do in real life. The entire shoot was a memorable experience. My co-stars made me feel at home. I worked closely with Pankaj sir since he plays my father in the film. He is a great actor and made me feel comfortable with his warm nature. He allowed me to do the scenes in my own style. Shahid and Sanah are also hardworking professionals.”

Directed by Vikas Bahl of ‘Queen’ (2014) fame, ‘Shaandaar’ stars Bhatt alongside Shahid Kapoor, Pankaj Kapur and Sanah Kapur.�� The film is slated to release on 22nd October.
