ZEE TV acquires satellite rights for Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’?

Shah Rukh Khan’s much talked about upcoming film ‘Jawan’ is creating much momentum ahead of its release next year. The film, which will be one of King Khan’s return on the silver screen, is helmed by Atlee Kumar. He also has ‘Pathan’ and ‘Dunki’ set for release in 2023.

Latest buzz suggests that ZEE TV has acquired the satellite rights of ‘Jawan’ for a whopping fee. Reports say that the broadcaster has spent around Rs. 70 crores for the telecast of the thriller. The OTT rights sit with Netflix. It is said that Netflix has acquired the film for nearly Rs. 200 crore.

‘Jawan’ releases at cinemas on 2nd June 2023.
