Yo Yo Honey Singh admits being married

Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has for the first time admitted that he is married.

Previously, Singh had denied reports that he was hitched and further went on to reject the photographs of his marriage. However, talking to ZEE News, Singh confirmed he was a married man. According to reports, Singh has been married since 2011.

In the interview, Singh also talks about him falling into depression after the 16th December rape and his controversial lyrics.

Singh said, “I have never sang or heard the song ‘Mein Hoon Balatkari,’ (I am a rapist). “I have never ever sang any song on rape and making any such allegation is preposterous. So people who are jealous of me spread these rumours but time has proved me right. Girls have been suppressed for long. Crimes against women are on the rise because women have the courage to come out in the open and fight the perpetrators of these heinous crimes. Youth today have an open mind and they will change our nation and our world.”
