ZEE Network’s channels Zing and &TV continued to have an edge over rival channels, according to official weekly reach data for week ending 26th July.
Star Plus remained the most watched Asian channel in the UK but only just! Star Plus had a reach of 807,000 viewers (last week 739,000 viewers), followed by Rishtey with 705,000 viewers (last week 716,000 viewers) and UMP Movies with 699,000 viewers (last week 572,000 viewers). Zing was in fourth place with 652,000 viewers (last week 451,000 viewers) and Colors next with 607,000 viewers (last week 703,000 viewers).
The next tier consisted of &TV with 573,000 viewers (last week 721,000 viewers), Hum TV with 513,000 viewers (last week 573,000 viewers), SAB TV with 486,000 viewers (last week 456,000 viewers) and Star Gold with 338,000 viewers (last week 381,000 viewers).
The bottom tier consisted of Geo TV with 273,000 viewers, Life Ok with 271,000 viewers, PTC Punjabi with 227,000 viewers, DM Global with 213,000 viewers, PTV Global with 212,000 viewers, Prime TV with 191,000 viewers, Venus TV with 175,000 viewers, Sikh Channel with 141,000 viewers, Brit Asia TV with 115,000 viewers and Akaal Channel with 67,000 viewers.
On the news front, ARY News dominated with 414,000 viewers (last week 427,000 viewers), followed by Geo News with 379,000 viewers, Geo Tez with 273,000 viewers, ABP News with 249,000 viewers, NDTV 24×7 with 209,000 viewers, Samaa TV with 200,000 viewers, Dunya TV with 184,000 viewers, Aaj Tak with 158,000 viewers, News18 India with 45,000 viewers.
