Three Urdu films to watch at cinemas this Eid-Ul-Adha

As every year, Pakistani filmmakers are set to unleash their big titles to lure in audiences for the auspicious celebration of Eid-Ul-Adha.

Three major Urdu films have been confirmed for their theatrical release. BizAsiaLive.com takes a closer look at the films hitting cinemas this Eid-Ul-Adha.

ARY Films has announced the release of ‘London Nahi Jaunga’ starring Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan. The film has been written by Qamar and produced under the Six Sigma Plus banner. ‘London Nahi Jaunga’ revolves around Sara, who seems to have always had a full life on the surface but she has always felt there is something out there that’s missing, till she stumbles upon her mothers diary.

Hum Films will be releasing ‘Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad’ starring Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa. The quirky comedy is directed by Nabeel Qureshi. The film sees Mustafa playing a copy, while will be seen playing a candid role.

The third film releasing at cinemas this Eid will be ‘Lafangey’ – a horror-comedy film, starring Sami Khan, Salim Meraj, Mubeen Gabol and Mani Khan. It is produced by Tariq Rind’s banner Wafiq Studios.
