Sunil Grover & Preeti Simoes collaborate for new show?

Rumours about a new show for Sunil Grover which would compete with ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ have been doing the rounds for a few days now. It’s now emerged that the show’s producer Preeti Simoes has joined hands with Grover to pitch a new show to Sony TV.

According to Bollywood Life, the new show would also feature popular actors Ali Asghar, Sughanda Mishra and Chandan Prabhakar. Sony TV have apparently liked the idea and the show is meant to commence broadcast in June. On the other hand, it still remains to be seen whether Sony TV renew ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, who now has a new creative director to replace Simoes.

It is definitely a sad time for the viewers of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ who want to see Grover and Sharma back together but time will tell how the situation unfolds.
