SRK’s lays down rules for anyone wanting to date his daughter

The world knows him as an actor first, however for Shah Rukh Khan his real life role as a father takes the upper hand over anything else. Being very close to his three children, the actor, as any father, seems more protective over his daughter Suhana.

As Mid-Day reports, Khan spoke candidly to the media about his relationship with his children, and how he also has particular rules for anyone who wants to date Suhana. “1. Get a job. 2. Understand I don’t like you. 3. I’m everywhere. 4. Get a lawyer. 5. She’s my princess, not your conquest. 6. I don’t mind going back to jail. 7. Whatever you do to her, I will do to you.”

Talking about his closeness with his daughter, Khan went on to add, “There are days when I feel down—the only reason I get up and go to work is when I think of her. I have only one mandate where she’s concerned: she can act, but she has to study first,” he said in the interview.”

There has much been speculation about Suhana’s debut in Bollywood. Talking about her aspirations to get into the business, Khan expressed, “Suhana is more theatre-oriented and has been doing plays in college. The best part is that she doesn’t want to learn (acting) from me. I want her to feel attractive, beautiful and respected, and more importantly, I want her to work hard.”

However he is very well aware of the discrimination that still takes place within the industry for women compared to men, as he stated, “She can be an actor if she has the passion and guts to work five times harder than me and get paid 10 times less than I do, if times don’t change for women actors.”

Well having her father’s support and with those rules in place, it seems nobody will be taking this star kid for a ride.
