SRK set to acquire football team

Shah Rukh Khan has always juggled many roles in life. ��Besides acting and film production, the actor has always admitted to having a passion for the sports. ��Already an owner of a cricket team, Khan is now apparently set to acquire the��Indian football team, Mohun Bagan AC.

Goal have revealed that while there are talks going on between Khan and the football club, nothing is yet concrete.

A source, who spoke to the website, stated, “We are in talks with many parties for takeover. However, at this point in time, I wouldn’t take a name as to who we have met for discussions.”

It can be noted that Khan has previously stressed that he would love to own a Kolkatta football team. ��His cricket team, by the name of Kolkata Knight Riders, also represents the city of Kolkatta.
