Sony TV rolls out digital auditions for ‘Indian Idol 12’
After digital auditions for ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ earlier this year, Sony TV has confirmed the same route for its upcoming singing reality show ‘Indian Idol 12’.
In the first official promo of ‘Indian Idol 12’, host Aditya Narayan said that coronavirus changed the way we work and thus the digital audition process was an easier way for budding singers to achieve their dreams.
The audition process kicks off on 25th July. Applicants would need to upload their singing video via the SonyLIV app. Lucky contestants, who managed to get through will be invited to the second round of auditions and this will be followed by a final round.
‘Indian Idol 12’ is expected to begin in September on Sony TV.
