Sonam Kapoor has recently been one very busy actress. After celebrating her mother Sunita Kapoor’s 60th birthday in London, Kapoor will now fly to Indore, to get started on her next R Balki production.
Titled ‘Padman’, Times of India reports, how lead actor Akshay Kumar has already started shooting, where Kapoor is to now join him. Apparently the filmmaker wants to keep Kapoor’s character as secret as possible. There had been rumours that she will be seen playing a journalist, however when asked about it Balki was prompt in denying the allegations.
Based on the businessman and inventor Arunachalam Muruganantham, who came up with the low-cost sanitary towel-producing machine in India, the film will also star Radhika Apte who will be playing Kumar’s wife. ‘Padman’ will also mark the debut production of Kumar’s real wife Twinkle Khanna.
