Sonam Kapoor on ‘Veere Di Wedding’ with Kareena Kapoor Khan

Sonam Kapoor is all set to star in ��Veere Di Wedding�۪ which is a story looking at a journey of primarily female characters. She will be seen sharing the screen with Kareena Kapoor Khan and she has recently spoken about her hopes of such a film being successful in Bollywood.

Talking to Hindustan Times, Kapoor divulged, ���Why can�۪t two or more mainstream actresses work together? If we can have films such as Andaz Apna Apna (1994), Karan Arjun (1995), Dil Chahta Hai (2001) and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011), then why can�۪t we have a film like this (her next, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan)?�۝

On working with Kapoor Khan, Kapoor gushed, ���I can�۪t explain what an honour it is to work with her. Bebo, Saif (Ali Khan; actor) and Lolo (Karisma Kapoor; Kareena�۪s sister) are like family to us. We have been close friends, and our respective families have also been close�۝.

She further spoke in favour of Kapoor Khan who has recently announced her pregnancy, ���There is only kindness and goodness in her and a lot of people don�۪t see it because she has such a fun attitude. But I love that about her, and I really look up to her�۝.
