Sonakshi-Anushka in running for lead in Milan Luthria’s next

Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Sharma have been shortlisted for the lead role in Milan Luthria’s next, which also stars Saif Ali Khan.

According to a report in Mid-Day, Luthra was reluctant to divulge details on the star cast but did vaguely speak about the project. He said, “Frankly I�۪m very flattered, it�۪s my first production and a very important film. All I can say at this point is wait and watch.”

Co-producer of the film Bhushan Kumar was a bit more forthcoming about the female lead in the film, “The battle has come down to Anushka and Sonakshi. We will decide soon who will be in the film, as we want to start shooting early next year.”
