Siddhant Chaturvedi and Pratibha Ranta to play leads in Hindi remake of ‘Dear Comrade’
Siddhant Chaturvedi and Pratibha Ranta are reportedly set to headline the Hindi remake of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s ‘Dear Comrade’, with the project to be produced by Dharma Productions.
According to industry sources, the studio has been keen to revisit the acclaimed Telugu film for some time but was waiting to secure the right pairing and tone. A source told PinkVilla that Siddhant brings the “intensity required for the male lead,” especially following the strong reception to his performance in Dhadak 2 (2025).

Pratibha Ranta, meanwhile, is said to align perfectly with the emotional depth of the female protagonist. She had reportedly been in discussions with Dharma for another project, making her an ideal fit for this adaptation as well.
