Shreyas Talpade to feature in Indian ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’?

Popular US sitcom ��Everybody Loves Raymond�۪ may soon be adapted for the Indian audiences and it�۪s emerged that popular comedy actor Shreyas Talpade may be a part of it.

A statement has revealed that the makers think Talpade fits the bill as he is known for his comedy portrayals and he is also relatable. Steve Skrovan, the original writer, has apparently been roped in to write the Indian version. A source told Mumbai Mirror, “The makers will have finalised the cast by the month end. Steve will fly down to Mumbai in September on a one-way ticket”.

A source further mentioned, “Shreyas makes a perfect Ray. He’s not a greatlooking actor but has good comic timing”.

The show�۪s title is ��Suman Sambhal Lega�۪ and it will apparently the premiere will be on Star Plus (India) in July. Talpade will play Raymond.
