‘Sanjivani’ & ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ to swap slots on Star Plus UK

Star Plus UK is tweaking its schedule to reflect the new six-day format, starting from Saturday 29th February.

BizAsiaLive.com can also reveal that ‘Sanjivani’, which sits at 19:00, will shift to 18:00. This will result in ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ moving to 19:00 across the week from the end of this month. It is worth stating that the latter show has proved a tremendous hit in its 18:00 slot, so it remains to be seen if its audience will follow in the new time band.

The change is mainly down to the way the Star Plus UK schedule works, with all 18:30 – 22:30 shows being aired Monday to Saturday. The change comes in as ‘MasterChef India’, ‘Dance+ 5’ and ‘Divya Drishti’ will end their run on the channel this weekend.

Incidentally, ‘Sanjivani’ will also be going off-air, with its final episode being scheduled to broadcast on Friday 14th March. ‘Sanjivani’ and ‘Nazar’ 2′ are the only two shows from Star Plus’ weekday schedule that will not be a part of the six-day format.
