Saif Ali Khan to star in Kamal Haasan’s ‘Amar Hain’?

Saif Ali Khan, who is in the process of re-inventing himself after a series��of unsuccessful films, may be seen in Kamal Haasan’s Bollywood comeback. ��The film, titled ‘Amar Hain’, not only marks Haasan’s return to the Bollywood screen but he will also be directing the project.

Speaking to��Mumbai Mirror, Haasan said, “Even when I wrote it around six years ago, I was only thinking of Saif Ali Khan… Saif has an important and equal role. ��His character is the good man so he is the hero of the film… The producers have spoken to him. ��I am yet to speak with him, but he is aware of the project.”

It can be noted that this film, which is expected to have an ensemble cast, was also in the news earlier this year as Rani Mukerji had allegedly turned down an offer to play��the lead female role.
