Saif Ali Khan has had a strong year with two consecutive hits: ‘Bazaar’ (2018) and Sacred Games (2018), and is hoping to continue this streak in 2019.
Khan is very pleased with the success of ‘Baazaar’, “It was a brave subject, it was about stock markets. People have praised my performance. Some people concerned have made money and the numbers are decent. It is a nice end to the year, I am happy with this I look forward to a nice next year. The past has not been great. So I am happy with this.”, he told PTI, adding how much he enjoyed his characters in both ‘Bazaar’ and ‘Sacred Games, “I love acting and I had a great role (in both) and I think there was a lot of appreciation for the role and lot of people said they enjoyed the film.”
Khan has several projects lined up for next year, including Nitin Kakkar’s ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’, Ajay Devgn’s ‘Tanaji: The Unsung Hero’ and Navdeep Singh’s ‘Hunter’.
