Rohit Shetty denies remake of ‘Theri’?

It had been rumoured that Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan were coming together again for the remake of ‘Theri’ (2016).��However,��reports now suggest that that Shetty has denied the news.

According to Movie Talkies, Shetty has that the rumours are untrue. But hearsay suggests that Akshay Kumar is interested in remaking this film, so it may well be that ‘Theri’ sees a Bollywood remake by the Khiladi himself.

‘Theri’ is a film based on a Chennai DCP Vijay Kumar, who quits his job after his wife is murdered and in an attempt to lead a peaceful life in Kerala, turns into three different people to save his daughter.
