Ranbir Kapoor opens up about split with Katrina Kaif

Although Ranbir Kapoor had never been forthcoming about his relationship with Katrina Kaif for the six years they were a couple, it seems he’s finally able to admit what place she had in his life.

The actor said, according to TOI, “It was really punctured by lot of things. By baseless rumours, and reports and perceptions and point of views”.

He went on to say, “It hurt because I think after my parents, she has been the most influential, motivational entity in my life”.

Kaif has also maintained a dignified silence about the break-up, choosing instead to keep busy with her work.

There were rumours that the two would eventually reconcile and this could still happen but as of now, they are still apparently not on the best terms.
