Prime TV’s relaunch on Sky confirmed for this month

Prime TV is set to make a return to Sky this month, BizAsiaLive.com can exclusively reveal.

The British Pakistani entertainment channel will be back on the Sky platform from Tuesday 11th June on EPG 762 – in the Urdu section of the line-up. Incidentally, this is the same day that the Sky’s International category on the EPG will be undergoing a mini reshuffle.

Prime TV is expected to return with similar content as previously but details of this were not available at the time of filing this article. The channel abruptly ceased broadcasting in March. In such circumstances, Sky will only remove a channel for this long period due to payment delays.

Broadcast service provider, Vision 247 has been facilitating the return of Prime TV.

Prime TV has been testing off the Sky EPG with a looped channel ident.
