Overnights: Star Plus clinches back lead on bleak Sunday in UK

Star Plus returned to the lead on Sunday in UK ratings, in what was a rather dull day for UK Asian broadcasters, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus registered a share of 0.08%, followed by Sony Entertainment Television with 0.07%, PTC Punjabi with 0.06%, Hum TV and Colors Cineplex with 0.05%, Colors with 0.04%, B4U Movies, Star Bharat, Geo News and New Vision TV with 0.03%, Geo TV with 0.02% and ZEE TV with 0.01%.

Star Plus’ biggest attractions were ‘Nach Baliye 9’ at 20:00 with 50,400 viewers, followed by the repeat at 21:30 with 16,500 viewers. ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ earlier in the day was watched by 21,200 viewers and ‘Divya Drishti’ at 23:00 pulled in 4,300 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 led with 16,700 viewers, followed by the repeat at 23:00 with 15,800 viewers and ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ at 16:30 with 14,200 viewers. ‘Superstar Singer’ at 20:00 fetched 7,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Kawach’ topped ratings with 18,500 viewers at 22:30, followed by ‘Dance Deewane’ at 21:00 with 12,600 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Out & About’ at 18:00 pulled in 4,000 viewers, while most other shows on the channel rated zero.
