Overnights: Sony TV edges ahead of Star Plus on Tuesday in UK

Sony TV emerged as the No.1 Asian TV channel on Tuesday, with a slight lead over Star Plus, in UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.12%, followed by Star Plus with 0.11%, Colors Cineplex with 0.06%, Colors and Aaj Tak with 0.04%, Star Bharat, Colors Rishtey, New Vision TV, NDTV 24×7, Foodxp, Republic Bharat and Hum TV with 0.03%, Samaa TV, Kanshi TV, Geo TV and Geo News with 0.02% and ZEE TV and PTC Punjabi with 0.01%.

Sony TV’s top attractions on Tuesday were ‘Indiawaali Ma’ at 20:30 with 49,700 viewers, followed by ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 21:00 with 38,800 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 33,900 viewers and ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 22:30 with 32,000 viewers. ‘Superstar Singer’ re-run at 18:15 was watched by 24,600 viewers.

Star Plus continued to perform strongly with ‘Anupamaa’ with 67,200 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ at 20:30 with 49,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 19:00 with 37,100 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 35,900 viewers, ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’ at 18:30 with 30,100 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 26,400 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 16,900 viewers and ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 with 8,100 viewers.

On Colors Cineplex, ‘Pyaar Diwana Hota Hai’ led with 24,800 viewers at 14:45.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ delivered 25,800 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ at 19:00 with 16,400 viewers and ‘Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story’ at 21:00 with 12,800 viewers.

On Colors Rishtey, ‘Balika Vadhu’ was top show with 14,400 viewers, 13,900 viewers and 13,500 viewers at 21:00, 22:00 and 21:30 respectively.

On Hum TV, ‘Kashf’ was watched by 30,700 viewers at 20:00.

On ZEE TV, ‘Tujhse Hai Raabta’ led with 8,200 viewers at 20:30.
