Overnights: ‘SaraswatiChandra’ back on top

‘SaraswatiChandra’ bounced back to the top of the UK ratings last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The 19:30 drama pulled in 222,700 viewers – peaking at 262,300 viewers, followed by ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 176,300 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ in third with 175,300 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Meri Bhabi’ (160,600), ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (158,200), ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ (135,500), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (134,700), ‘Veera’ (103,100) and ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (69,700).

On Rishtey, ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ got record ratings last night with 111,800 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ in second with 84,700 viewers and ‘Bairi Piya’ next with 78,400 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’ won the ratings with 27,500 viewers. ‘Savdhaan India 2’ followed with 12,500 viewers and ‘Savitri’ in third with 9,400 viewers.
