Overnights: Record ratings for Sony TV’s ‘Patiala Babes’ on Friday in UK
Sony Entertainment Television surged in Friday’s UK ratings with ‘Patiala Babes’ and ‘Ladies Special’ proving a huge draw, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 was the channel’s biggest show with 55,200 viewers, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 47,200 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 33,700 viewers and ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 14,700 viewers. Incidentally, after the end of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, there was pressure on Sony TV to sustain the pulling power between 21:00 – 22:00 with its two new fictions. However, the magic run in the slot continues with both fictions proving a huge ratings draw.

Star Plus held on to the lead with ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 taking the top spot with 70,600 viewers, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 60,000 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 50,700 viewers, ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 20:00 with 40,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:30 with 39,500 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 18:00 with 34,700 viewers and ‘Mariam Khan’ at 19:00 with 32,500 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 12’ attracted 37,500 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Silsila’ at 22:00 with 14,800 viewers and ‘Bigg Boss 12’ repeat at 17:00 with 11,200 viewers.
On Hum TV, ‘Band Khirkiyan’ at 21:00 pulled in 13,100 viewers, followed by repeat of ‘Tu Ishq Hai’ at 11:00 with 7,800 viewers and ‘Sanwari’ at 10:30 with 7,100 viewers.
On Star Bharat, ‘Musakaan’ at 21:00 raked in 9,700 viewers, followed by ‘Savdhaan India’ repeat at 17:30 with 8,600 viewers and ‘Jiji Maa’ at 19:30 with 8,000 viewers.
On ZEE TV, ‘Kundali Bhagya’ was most watched show on the channel with 34,300 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Guddan’ at 18:30 with 13,000 viewers and ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ at 21:00 with 11,200 viewers.
