Overnights: ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ tops UK ratings

‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ returned to the top slot in UK ratings last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The 22:00 drama pulled in 158,800 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ with 144,500 and ‘Veera’ in third with 142,100 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘SaraswatiChandra’ (132,800), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (125,700), ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ (123,900), ‘Meri Bhabhi’ (103,900), ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (91,000) and ‘Ek Ghar Banuanga’ (63,100).

On Star Life Ok, new show ‘Gustakh Dil’ has struck a chord with viewers with 24,600 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Mahadev’ with 9,900 viewers and ‘Savdhaan India’ with 7,000 viewers. ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ pulled in 1,500 viewers for the Hindi episode and 1,600 for the English dubbed edition.

On Rishtey, ‘Bigg Boss 4’ (re-run) continued to dominate the ratings on the channel with 76,300 viewers, followed by ‘Jeevan Saathi’ with 45,800 viewers and ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ next with 39,300 viewers.
