Overnights: ‘Naati Pinky Ki…’ gives Colors surprise lead over Star Plus in UK

Recently launched light-hearted series ‘Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story’ gave Colors a surprise victory over rival, Star Plus in UK ratings on Thursday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Colors shared the No.1 position in UK with Hum Masala, with a share of 0.09%, followed by Star Plus and PTC Punjabi with 0.08%, Sony Entertainment Television with 0.06%, Star Bharat with 0.05%, Sony MAX, Geo News, New Vision TV and Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, Star Gold, Dunya News, Sony SAB TV, Aaj Tak, NDTV 24×7 and ZEE TV with 0.02% and Hum TV with 0.01%. Geo TV’s share slumped to zero.

Colors’ top attractions on Thursday were ‘Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story’ with its biggest audience yet. It was watched by 66,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Shubharambh’ at 20:30 with 33,900 viewers, ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 33,400 viewers, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 with 27,300 viewers and ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karoge’ at 21:30 with 18,600 viewers.

On Hum Masala, Pakistan Super League at 14:00 fetched 31,400 viewers, while ‘Lazzat’ at 21:00 pulled in 12,100 viewers and ‘Tarka’ at 20:00 with 5,600 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ delivered 41,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 35,100 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 19:00 with 33,000 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 29,200 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 18:00 with 18,700 viewers, ‘Dil Jaise Dhadke Dhadakne Do’ at 20:30 with 18,000 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 12,100 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ was watched by 29,600 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 with 26,200 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 16,900 viewers, ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 with 16,500 viewers and ‘Beyhadh 2’ at 21:00 with 14,100 viewers.

On Star Bharat, ‘Meri Gudiya’ topped ratings with 24,300 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Savdhaan India’ with 20,300 viewers and 18,700 viewers at 21:30 and 22:30 respectively.

On Hum TV, ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ at 21:00 was watched by 4,300 viewers and ‘Rabba Mainu Maaf Kareen’ at 22:00 with 1,500 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ led with 15,800 viewers at 18:30.
