‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ was back on top of the ratings last night in the UK, with one of the best ever audiences for the show.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ thrashed all opposition by attracting 275,400 viewers at 21:00 – peaking at 315,100 viewers, followed by ‘SaraswatiChandra’ with 233,200 viewers and ‘Mahabharat’ in third with 194,300 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Meri Bhabhi’ (170,700), ‘Saathiya’ (169,900), ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ (144,600), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (129,300), ‘Veera’ (93,400), ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (81,500) and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2’ (37,600).

On Colors, the episode featuring the exits of Kushal Tandon and Gauhar Khan in ‘Bigg Boss 7’ was watched by a respectable 105,200 viewers, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ with 23,800 viewers and ‘Uttaran’ next with 15,500 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ did very well last night with 54,300 viewers, while ‘The Bacherlorette India’ pulled in 38,400 viewers and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ in Hindi at 14:00 attracted 30,600 viewers. The re-run of ‘Geet’ got 13,800 viewers at 14:30.

On Rishtey, ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ topped the ratings with 111,300 viewers, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ with 102,600 viewers and ‘Parichay’ in third with 99,800 viewers. ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ was fourth with 83,600 viewers.

On Lamhe, ‘Saat Phere’ was on top of the ratings on the channel with 41,900 viewers, followed by ‘Astitva Ek Prem Kahani’ with 27,900 viewers and ‘Sindoor Tere Naam Ka’ at 19:30 with 22,300 viewers.
