Overnights: Colors Rishtey delivers record share; shoots up to No.2 in UK

Colors Rishtey clinched the No.2 position in UK ratings on Thursday, beating off competition from Sony TV, Hum TV, ZEE TV and its sister channel, Colors, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Colors Rishtey got its biggest ever share with 0.14%, behind market leader, Star Plus with 0.19%. Others in the pecking order were Sony Entertainment Television with 0.08%, New Vision TV with 0.07%, Star Bharat with 0.05%, Hum TV with 0.04% and ZEE TV, Colors, PTC Punjabi, Sony SAB TV, BritAsia TV and Geo TV with 0.03%.

Colors Rishtey was boosted by ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 21:30 with 55,000 viewers, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 21:00 with 51,400 viewers, ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 with 44,000 viewers, ‘Mohe Rang Do Laal’ at 20:30 with 43,600 viewers and ‘Jahaanara’ at 19:00 with 41,200 viewers.
