The popular reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss 7’ emerged as the most watched show on Asian television last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The show, which aired at 21:00 on Colors was watched by 100,000 viewers – peaking at 142,300 viewers, followed by ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at 22:05 with 49,000 viewers.

On UMP Movies, the premiere of ‘Himmatwala’ starring Ajay Devgn at 21:00 pulled in 82,600 viewers. Another movie premiere did well last night ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’, which drew in 65,500 viewers on Star Gold.

On Star Plus, the Maha Episode of ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2’ at 21:00 raked in 36,900 viewers, followed by the spin-off show of ‘Junior MasterChef’ at 22:00 with 29,100 viewers.

On Lamhe, classic show ‘Malgudi Days’ at 19:00 pulled in 1,500 viewers, while the movie ‘Ganga Jamuna Saraswati’ as part of the Amitabh Bachchan movie festival pulled in just 7,500 viewers.

On Rishtey, Pakistani drama ‘Maat’ did well with 29,500 viewers at 20:30, while the re-run of ‘India’s Got Talent’ at 21:30 pulled in 7,600 viewers.

On Star life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ was top with 23,300 viewers at 23:00, while the earlier episode at 22:00 got 8,300 viewers.
