Not ‘SOTY 2’, Ishaan Khattar & Sara Ali Khan to be launched in a Karan Johar musical?

There is much buzz surrounding Shahid Kapoor’s half-brother Ishaan Khattar, and Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan’s film debut. While numerous reports suggested that the duo would be launched in ‘Student Of The Year 2’, that is apparently false, as the latest reports suggest that Johar is grooming them for a different film.

Bollywood Hungama reports that Khattar and Khan are being groomed by Johar and his production company ‘Dharma Productions’ for a Hollywood remake, which will be a musical, and not the sequel of the very popular ‘Student Of The Year’ (2012), that launched Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra.

There has been no confirmation of this from Johar or ‘Dharma Productions’.
