Manoj Bajpayee says SRK has “star charisma”

Manoj Bajpayee is one actor who is almost always critically acclaimed in whatever role or movie he chooses. However, he feels that he lacks in “star charisma” which is something he feels Shah Rukh Khan has.

“Stars like Shah Rukh Khan have a power over the entire nation. One glimpse of him and people go berserk. It always amazed me how it can happen. It can’t be created. Either you are born with it or not,” said Bajpayee, according to Absolute India.

He went on to say, “If I stand at the airport people won’t go crazy but if Shah Rukh stands people will because he has a star charisma but I don’t have it”.

Bajpayee, who will be seen in ‘Naam Shabana’ next, also added that he has another ability, “What I have is the ability to deliver and perform. That is what people expect from me and I try to stick to it”.

Bajpayee was appreciated for his performance in ‘Aligarh’ (2016).
