Mani Ratnam and Lyca Productions confirm new film with Vijay Sethupathi and Sai Pallavi
Lyca Productions has officially confirmed its next collaboration with director Mani Ratnam, announcing a new film starring Vijay Sethupathi and Sai Pallavi. The project, currently titled Production No. 23, marks another major partnership between the production house and the acclaimed filmmaker.
The confirmation follows weeks of speculation, strengthened further when Vijay Sethupathi recently revealed in an interview that he would be working with Mani Ratnam on an upcoming project. Lyca Productions has now formally presented the film, putting an end to the rumours.
A.R. Rahman has also been confirmed as the music composer, continuing his long‑standing association with Mani Ratnam. The director‑composer duo, known for some of Indian cinema’s most celebrated soundtracks, will reunite once again for this film.
