Lyca Radio ties-up with Utsav Plus for ‘Festive Moments’ in Mumbai

Lyca Radio Network’s flagship station, Lyca Radio, has announced an exclusive partnership with the UK’s leading Asian television broadcaster, Utsav Plus.

Raj Baddhan, CEO of Lyca Radio Network and presenter of the ‘Drive’ show, will travel to Mumbai this month for Star TV. His visit will include coverage of the prestigious Indian Television Academy Awards on 16–17 December, along with set visits to popular Utsav Plus and Colors TV productions. As part of the partnership, Raj Baddhan will front the channel’s special programming in the run-up to this year’s Indian Television Academy Awards.

Meanwhile, Lyca Radio will broadcast a daily slot ‘Lyca Radio’s Festive Moments with Utsav Plus in Mumbai’ featuring celebrity interviews and BTS from popular shows from Star Plus and Colors between 22nd and 26th December. Furthermore, there will be Christmas Day special with extended interviews from sets of Utsav Plus shows and the Indian Television Academy Awards.

Raj Baddhan said, “I’m delighted to be partnering with Star TV on this exciting project. The Indian Television Academy Awards are always a highlight of the entertainment calendar, and I’m looking forward to bringing our listeners exclusive access, behind-the-scenes moments and all the glamour from Mumbai. Also, similar to my previous tie-ups with Star UK, I’ll be visiting sets of the channel’s most loved fictions.”

Utsav Plus boasts of some of the biggest Indian television shows including ‘Anupamaa’, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, ‘Udne Ki Aasha’ and ‘Jhanak’.
