Kareena Kapoor Khan: “Alia Bhatt deserves National Award for Udta Punjab”

Alia Bhatt has won much praise for her role in Abhishek Chaubey’s controversial film ‘Udta Punjab’.

Just days after Shahid Kapoor said she desevred accolodes for her performance in the film, Kareena Kapoor Khan has added that deserved a National Award.

The actress said in an interview with Zoom, “I agree with that. However, we give a lot of importance to awards. Alia should take appreciation and acceptance from the audience as her biggest award.”

‘Udta Punjab’ had the fifth biggest opening at the India box office window.
