Kabir Khan claims ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is Salman Khan’s best work

After the incredible success of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ (2013), director Kabir Khan reunites once again with superstar Salman Khan. ��The director claims that the duo’s upcoming film, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, is Salman Khan’s best performance yet.

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Kabir Khan said,��”We didn’t go about searching for a story that will break his (Salman’s) action mould… It just so happens we got excited by a story in which he is playing somebody totally different… Salman has completely redefined himself… It is his best performance till date. ��I’m sure people will be really blown away by what he’s done. You don’t get an inkling of it from the trailers. You have to see the film to realise what I’m talking about.”

The director also spoke about ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and said he is not at all interested in making a sequel to the film.

“The easiest thing for me and Salman to have done is to make ‘Ek Tha Tiger 2’ but that did not excite me at all. ��I don’t really believe in sequels… As a filmmaker, it just doesn’t excite me to make a film just because the last one has been a super success at the Box Office,” he added.

‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan. ��The film releases for the festival of Eid on 17th July.
