In Video: Bilal Ashraf & Maya Ali star in upcoming film ‘Khan Tumhara’

Pakistani actors Bilal Ashraf and Maya Ali will star together in the upcoming film ‘Khan Tumhara’, directed by Ehteshamuddin and written by Mustafa Afridi.

‘Khan Tumhara’ is an action-drama centered on Yusuf Khan, a character navigating power, love, and revenge. Action sequences were coordinated by Nick Khan and Hussain Abdullah, with Bilal Ashraf performing his own stunts. The production reportedly took around 70 days, and the visual effects team aimed for high technical standards.

Director Ehteshamuddin said, “For years, Pakistani cinema has flirted with action but we have never truly let it bleed. ‘Khan Tumhara’ is our answer to that hesitation.”

Bilal Ashraf added, “This was more than a film; it was a lifetime education in the craft, paid for with blood, sweat and tears. This journey is dedicated to my late mother and sister, and I am forever thankful to everyone who has been part of this project.”

Producer Momina Duraid said, “‘Khan Tumhara’ has something for everyone. A mix of action, romance and comedy. It offers full family entertainment for all age groups.”

Maya Ali said, “Some projects truly stay close to your heart. ‘Khan Tumhara’ is one of them. I am incredibly proud to be part of this film and can’t wait for everyone to experience the action and emotion of ‘Khan Tumhara’ this Eid ul Adha.”

The film’s soundtrack features Urdu, Punjabi, and Pashto songs, and ‘Khan Tumhara’ is scheduled for release in May 2026.
