‘Happy New Year’ to feature whopping Rs. 7 crore song

The curiosity surrounding Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ is building every passing day and today BizAsia has learnt that the film starring Shah Rukh Khan will feature a Rs. 7 crore song.

A source told Mid-Day, ���Farah will be shooting a song with the entire star cast of the film and the budget for this song is being pegged at a whopping Rs 7crore.�۝

Farah confirmed the developments but refused to divulge further details, ���I don�۪t know the exact cost but it is definitely going to be shot on a grand scale. In my two decades in this industry, I have never shot a song in as lavish a manner as this one.�۝

The film’s first look is expected to be unveiled during the Indian Premier League later this week. ‘Happy New Year’ also stars Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and Boman Irani.
