‘Good Newwz’ release to be postponed?

Multi-starrer ‘Good Newwz’ is all set for release this coming Friday but news has it that the film could end up being pushed in light of the current protests taking place in India.

According to reports, producer Karan Johar is contemplating a postponement. A source explained to Deccan Chronicle, “Karan is in constant contact with Akshay Kumar, who not only plays the lead in Good Newwz but is also the co-producer. Anything can happen in the coming days, and if the situation on the streets continues to be volatile, the film may be postponed”.

Although the ‘Good Newwz’ team seems to have said this news is baseless, it remains to be seen if the film really does hit the cinemas on 27th December, as planned.
