Fawad Khan to return to Mumbai for ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’

BizAsia has reportedly a little while back that Fawad Khan�۪s cameo appearance in ��Ae Dil Hai Mushkil�۪ was to get an extension. Reportedly, the actor will be returning to Mumbai to shoot for the extra portions.

The extended role of Khan�۪s will now include a song and Khan will therefore be shooting for that in May. Initially, this wasn�۪t the plan but it seems his lauded performance in ��Kapoor and Sons�۪ (2016) earned him an extension.

Khan played a gay character in ��Kapoor and Sons�۪ but it wasn�۪t a conventional role known to Bollywood and therefore he was appreciated in the Shakun Batra directorial.

��Ae Dil Hai Mushkil�۪ stars Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma. Imran Abbas will also be seen in a cameo, as well as Saif Ali Khan. It will be this year�۪s Diwali release.
