Deepika Padukone gives nod to Sriram Raghavan’s ‘The Accidental Apprentice’?

Deepika Padukone, who will be seen next in ��Piku�۪, was approached by ��Badlapur�۪ (2015) director Sriram Raghavan for the Hindi adaptation of popular book ��The Accidental Apprentice�۪. Now, rumours are surfacing that the actress has agreed to star in the film.

According to Deccan Chronicle, a source stated, ���Sriram has finally bought the rights of the popular book of famous writer Vikas Swarup and is working on the script. The film might go on the floors later this year or early next year. The film is going to be an adaptation of the book that has quite an interesting female character�۝.

Padukone, after a number of years of films in which she wasn�۪t appreciated for her performances, finally made an impact in 2012 when she gave four 100 crore hits in the same year.

No doubt that seeing her in Raghavan�۪s next in a different avatar is something many will await.
